Before I began working with Emily, I was overweight, lacking confidence and struggling. It wasn’t until she began training me to where I learned the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. Each day I worked with her I had new health questions and she was always readily equipped with answers and a great workout that always had me drenched in sweat. In one year I’ve had so much progress;  lost 20+ pounds, decreased my mile from a 13 minutes to 9, lift doubled the amount of weight from the beginning, learned to enjoy burpees and become stronger than my own boyfriend (proven from a time she gave us a training together) who she now trains. 10/10 recommended!!
