A neurodivergent is someone who has a brain that functions, processes information, or develops differently from what people call a “neurotypical.”
On your fitness journey, each trait can be taught/programmed in you as a negative/deficit, but there are also many positives and superpowers associated with each trait that can be utilized on your fitness journey. I have 70+ traits listed in the course and how they can be used as a superpower on your fitness journey.

I am not a medical doctor and I don’t diagnose or claim to cure any diseases or conditions. I still encourage seeing both.
I am a longevity fitness coach who is going to help you learn how to move your body for longevity and how to find your neurodivergent superpowers so you can thrive on your fitness journey!

That’s okay! Not everyone wants to or needs to lose any weight or fat.
My functional training methods are primarily focused around helping you gain strength with good form and posture to reduce your pain and increase your quality of life. The goals is to help you become the HEALTHIEST version of yourself.
Weight/fat loss is a byproduct of training more and eating to fuel your goals (for those who hold excess body fat). Every individual has different goals and different needs to become the healthiest versions of themselves. Don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s.

I teach you how to move your body functionally and intentionally for longevity, while teaching you how to view many different neurodivergent traits though an empowering lens and how you can use them for your advantage.
I am NOT a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed therapist or registered dietitian. I cannot and will not diagnose anyone with any disease or neurological abnormality. I give my opinions and views about the different neurodivergent traits and how they can be viewed as a deficit or a superpower on your fitness journey towards longevity. Not every scenario will be applicable to every neurodivergent and may not account for the support needs you have as a neurodivergent. I am here to help you move functionally and challenge your thought patterns on your fitness journey so you can show up for yourself in an empowered way. I am NOT here to replace any of the above professions. I highly encourage you to continue to seek medical care and mental health care in addition to the information you learn here.

I am a Pain-Free Performance Specialist, and I will be able to help you navigate your mechanical pain points, through form cues specific to your body, posture, and form so that you have a pain-free workout.
